From the CEO
Greetings,
Is ClassWallet the next generation of Purchase Card technology? The more we hear from our customers, the more inclined we are to say yes!
It’s typical that we hear from finance officers that ClassWallet is like a Pcard, but far better. The ClassWallet platform uses “notional wallets” which give teachers all the convenience of Pcards. Teachers get what they want, when they want, without going through cumbersome procurement processes.
Why customers tell us ClassWallet is better than Pcards is because there is far less risk for fraud and abuse. With public dollars and fraud in schools in the headlines regularly this is an important concern. In addition, the paperless tracking capabilities including SKU level 3 data and automated reconciliation against POs and ledger accounts is something Pcards can’t accomplish.
We are excited to be paving the way forward with innovation that allows districts to upgrade from legacy Pcard technology to create new spending opportunities for teachers with better control and safeguards.
Exciting News
ClassWallet Surpasses 97% Renewal Rate
Each year ClassWallet has exceeded a 97% renewal rate. We are pleased to report that this year proved no different. We continue to work hard to reduce fraud, save customers time and overhead costs, reduce paperwork and provide teachers a safe, accountable, easily trackable, convenient way to purchase resources to meet student needs.
GoFundMe 100% Accountable Crowdfunding Feature Growing in Demand
After introducing our strategic partnership with GoFundMe, we have been overwhelmed by the demand for our integrated crowdfunding feature. Districts’ need to have more oversight of teacher crowdfunding is a growing demand. The ClassWallet GoFundMe strategic partnership allows admins to pre-approve projects before they go live, maintain 100% fiduciary control of donated funds, and track how teachers spend project funds. This is groundbreaking in the crowdfunding space and we look forward to seeing projects blossom under the ClassWallet umbrella to provide control for school districts.
