From the CEO

Greetings,

2020 is a new year and brings new challenges that ClassWallet is determined to solve.  ClassWallet will be introducing features specific for the maintenance department, helping streamline the reconciliation of maintenance purchases to work orders, and providing more actionable data to CFOs on the cost of work orders on a per building basis. In addition, we are introducing a “shared purse” feature that will work for entire departments, allowing multiple users to draw down from the same pool of funds on ClassWallet. It’s exciting that our product can solve more problems for our customers and I am looking forward to these new experiences together.

Sincerely,
Jamie
CEO, ClassWallet

Exciting News

ClassWallet for Maintenance Set to Launch in Spring

ClassWallet will be offering features developed specifically for maintenance personnel.  Many customers have shared challenges they have tying maintenance purchases to work orders and obtaining reliable data on the cost of work orders on a per building basis.  ClassWallet is uniquely positioned to resolve these challenges and looks forward to getting started with the features in spring. ClassWallet Expands “Pursing” Capabilities

In response to client feedback and feature requests, ClassWallet is developing a shared purse functionality. The shared purse feature allows administrators to assign multiple users to a single purse, thereby enabling more than one person to utilize the same pool of funds. As a result, money can be distributed more flexibly, such as to a department for collective use, rather than to individual users only.  A full scale release will be scheduled for later this year.

ClassWallet Staff Stick to Their Day Jobs

The ClassWallet team got together for the Company’s annual Christmas party. Bowling was the theme this year and we were schooled by an 11 year old birthday party group in lanes next to us.   Managers would not let us put gutter rails up so we don’t believe it was a fair fight!
