Maintenance and custodial operations in local education agencies face the same challenges in buying and paying for unplanned supplies as do teachers, lots of paperwork, manual processes and chasing staff down for receipts. MaintenanceWallet enables school maintenance crews and custodial staff to purchase supplies needed to close work orders, while providing facilities managers with complete oversight and eliminating paperwork.

Texas Education Agency Signs with ClassWallet for Its FamilyWallet Product
The Texas Education Agency (TEA) selected ClassWallet and its FamilyWallet product to manage its new Supplementary Special Education Services (SSES) program for families of students with significant cognitive disabilities and impacted by COVID-19 schooling disruptions.
Under the program, nearly 59,000 qualified students statewide are eligible to receive a one-time grant of up to $1,500, capped at $30 million, for the purchase of a broad range of educational resources and services. Texas joins Oklahoma and Idaho as states using the FamilyWallet product to bring relief to families impacted by Covid. For more information click here.
ClassWallet Fields Demand to Manage Emergency Assistance for Non-Public Schools (EANS) State Programs
The Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2021 (CRRSA Act) provides $2.75 billion for the Emergency Assistance for Non-Public Schools (EANS) program, which is part of the Governor’s Emergency Education Relief Fund.
