Exciting News

ClassWallet Expands Teacher Purchasing Power with Marqeta for Debit Cards

Soon, a teacher will be able to purchase literally anything with ClassWallet. ClassWallet has come together with Marqeta, one of the country’s most innovative card and mobile payment processors to issue ClassWallet debit cards. With the cards, teachers will be able to pay for field trips and shop local, with all transactions trackable for funders and administration. We look forward to announcing the launch of the ClassWallet debit card soon.

Clarksville-Montgomery County Education Foundation Launches ClassWallet

Teachers in Clarksville-Montgomery County School District, with an estimated 3,000 teachers in total, have begun using ClassWallet to collect and track funds. Through ClassWallet, teachers can collect grant dollars, community donations and spend all on the same platform. A percentage of each donation will be donated to the Education Foundation to support the Teacher Warehouse which gives free supplies to teachers.

Teach for America Jacksonville Expands ClassWallet Partnership

After a successful pilot in Fall 2014, Teach for America (TFA) Jacksonville has launched a second campaign with ClassWallet. Not only will TFA corp teachers be able to raise funds through ClassWallet, the organization will be able to distribute grant dollars to the teachers without dealing with cash, checks, receipts and reimbursements. A small percentage of donations will be applied to support TFA programming in Jacksonville.

Amazon Now Accepts ClassWallet as Form for Payment

Now there is nothing a teacher cannot buy online using ClassWallet. Amazon joins a growing list of suppliers who accept ClassWallet as form for payment.
